The SolarEdge S1000 Solar Panel Optimizer, equipped with a 1.3-metre cable, turns each solar panel into a smart panel with direct connection. The S-series optimizers have both a long and a short cable, so that the plug connection sits close to the optimizer itself instead of between them. The connections are thus hidden behind the panel, which protects them against weather influences.
