Alius Duoflex pipes provide the hydronic connection between the outdoor unit and the indoor installation of heat pumps. Using Duoflex pipes minimises heat loss thanks to the unique properties of the aerogel insulation material. The pipes have an insulation thickness of just 6.5 mm, delivering excellent thermal performance in a compact solution.

The aerogel insulation layer is almost three times thinner than the material used in conventional products while maintaining the same insulation performance. Thanks to the insulation thickness of only 6.5 mm, Duoflex pipes can easily be installed in roofs, partition walls and ventilation ducts. The thinner insulation also reduces the space required for transportation and storage.

The use of premium-quality materials makes Duoflex pipes exceptionally durable. The insulation properties remain unchanged over time, while the additional layer of durable PVC effectively protects against external influences, rodents, birds and UV radiation.

Installing Duoflex pipes is straightforward. The mounting flange on each pipe allows easy installation on a minimal surface using standard screws. No clamps are required. Thanks to the reduced outer diameter of the pipes, they can be installed directly beneath roof tiles, eliminating the need for expensive specially shaped roof tiles.

The materials used in the production of Duoflex pipes have a very high fire resistance classification and are rated as non-combustible or hardly combustible.
